Returns & Refund Policy – Inala Quality Butcher and Grocery

Returns

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of purchase. If more than 3 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as meat, poultry, and food items)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Selected health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may apply)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Not fit for human consumption at the time of delivery

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first via email to arrange the return process.

You may also request a pickup service (if available), which will be arranged at your own expense.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
